On April 12, two days
ago, a woman, now called Jane Doe, was found badly beaten to death at the Ebony Collins Salon, located near the Georgia Mountain
Center. It appeared that she was beat with a heavy object of some sort. She has bruises under eyes, scratches on her face and arms, and 5 broken bones, one
of those being frontal bone in the cranium. Investigators found baking soda thrown around
Jane Doe. Also, in a back garbage can, buried deep, was an empty baking soda
box. In addition, those who work in the salon said that their co-worker Fancy
McGillus had had an extremely intense argument with the woman, who now lies dead on the floor, that same day. Janis Jason Hart tells investigators that Fancy had a history of being violent and actually had previously
been charged with attempted murder, but was acquitted. She also stated, “We
were terrified of her. She thought she owned the place, when in fact she’s
only been with us for the last couple of months. She would pick a fistfight with
anyone, including our boss, Mr. Greenleaf. We just kept to ourselves and tried
to stay out of her way. If she, however, told us to do something, we would out
of fear, not out of any other feeling towards her.” She is thus far the
only suspect in this tragic murder case. Someone else told reporters that she
had a tendency to slam down boxes of baking soda, upon becoming upset or angry towards someone or even something.
Police are still on the case looking for their criminal. Fancy McGillus was interviewed by police and is still a strong suspect in this Jane Doe murder.
