Has Gorbonstein really given up?

That is the question isn't it?  Has Gorbonstein really given up in her attempts to dominate the Tri-state bakery empire?

Recently, we reported to you that, Gorbonstein had snuck into Versaillia's Cornerstone Bakery and posed as the famous pastry chef, herself.  Later, she stole the delectable pastries right from her case.  Gorbonstein put them in her doughnut case (at her, already failing, bakery across the street) and took promotional photos to make it look as though they were truly her product.

After the scheme was unraveled a few days later, Gorbonstein's bakery mysteriously closed.  However, our highly reliable sources here at 'The Gainesville Times' tell us that her bakery was not shut down by the law.  With this knowledge we can only conclude that Gorbonstein, herself, closed the bakery doors.

As we have all seen, those doors remained closed until just a couple of weeks ago.  But, instead of reopening as a bakery it reopened as 'Dee-Dee Mae Gorbonstein's Psycho Therapy Therapy Station'.  As of yet, nothing has been done to Versaillia.  Gorbonstein even talked to me in an interview I did for Channel V, Pastry News.  Here's a small portion of our interview:

(Deblah Wilkins): So, Dee-Dee Mae, is it true that your bakery doors are closed forever?
(Gorbonstein): Yes, it is Deblah.  After that last stunt I pulled I decided the battle was over...Versaillia was the victor.  It seemed pointless to stay open.
(DW): What were doing all that time your bakery doors were shut?
(G): After everything that happened I fell into a deep depression.  I was drinking all the time and I never left the house for anything.  Finally I stumbled out of my apartment one day, completely flatfaced and ran my car into my own bakery.
(DW): What happend then?
(G): I realized I had hit rock bottom.  I thought, it can't get worse than this.  I've had it.  I went to find me some help and 3 months later, here I am, back on my feet, with my own therapy facility attempting to help others, like me.

So, we watch and wait now.  Can Gorbonstein really change or we'll she end up as another Lora Tab Roberts?  Is this really a white flag or is this just another ploy to become the Empress of the Tri-state Bakery Empire?

We will see.....
